Upon mutual agreement on commercial terms, payment methods (T/T or L/C), and warranty policies, we issue a formal Proforma Invoice (PI) or Sales Contract for your official signature.

The order is officially activated upon receipt of the agreed deposit (typically 30%-50% via T/T).

Our factory initiates material procurement and assembly. We implement strict internal Quality Control protocols and can accommodate third-party inspections (e.g., SGS) during the mid-production or pre-shipment stages.

We provide regular updates on key milestones (e.g., material arrival, production completion, final inspection) to keep you fully informed of the schedule.

We draft and verify all essential export documents, including Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists, and Certificates of Origin (CO/FORM E), ensuring absolute consistency with Letter of Credit (L/C) requirements if applicable.

Based on the agreed transit mode (Ocean, Air, or Rail), we secure vessel space. Containers are loaded under strict supervision, and seal photos are shared with you for confirmation.

All mandatory export declarations and commodity inspections are handled professionally by our licensed brokers to ensure legal and timely departure.

Upon loading, we send you the copy of the Bill of Lading (B/L). The remaining balance is settled according to the contract prior to the release of original documents.

Once full payment is confirmed, we release the Original B/L or execute a Telex Release, granting you full rights to claim the goods at the destination port.

We continuously monitor the cargo’s transit status and proactively notify you of the Estimated Time of Arrival (ETA) to facilitate your import clearance preparation.

Upon delivery, we actively seek your feedback. Any quality or quantity discrepancies are addressed promptly through our established claim resolution mechanism (e.g., replacement parts, discounts).

We finalize export tax rebate procedures internally, which contributes to maintaining our competitive pricing structure for future orders.
